Einstein’s Veiws on Religion

Both atheists and theists alike have long debated about Einstein’s religious beliefs, but a letter to be auctioned this week may settle the long-running question. In the letter, Einstein states: “The word god is for me nothing more than the expression and product of human weaknesses, the Bible a collection of honorable, but still primitive legends which are nevertheless pretty childish.” Despite this Einstein’s views on religion will continue to be controversial, as his beliefs have always been misrepresented.
